Running
Road and trail models. Saturday mornings we watch a few strides on the pavement outside—not a lab, just enough to stop you buying a racer for recovery weeks.
Blamero is a Valley sports shop: fitting rooms for runners, rack space for local clubs, and a straight answer when a shoe is wrong for your gait. No fake “limited drops”. We order what sells in Brisbane humidity.
Sizing & team orders
Road and trail models. Saturday mornings we watch a few strides on the pavement outside—not a lab, just enough to stop you buying a racer for recovery weeks.
Belts, wraps, breathable layers. We skip novelty neon unless a club kit actually needs it.
Custom jerseys for valley leagues. Lead times bite before season start—message us with numbers, not a mood board of twenty colours.
We are not a biomechanics lab, but we do watch you move. Bring the socks you train in, and tell us if the shoe is for parkrun pace or Tuesday intervals—those need different stacks.
Trail shoes need grip for Mt Coot-tha mud; road shoes want cushion for hot bitumen. We will not put you in a carbon plate if you asked for easy kilometres.
Brands run narrow. If your toes spread on long runs, say so before we pull half sizes. Exchanges happen in store, not by post.
Bring worn shoes if you can. Wear on the heel or outer edge tells us more than a chart on the wall.
Valley netball and touch seasons start the same weekend every year. We keep templates for local clubs: sizes, numbers, one or two colours—not twenty.
Send player lists six weeks out if you want names on the back. Rush jobs cost a rush fee and we will say no if the printer is full. Pickup is always at the counter; we do not freight to PO boxes.
Start a team order
We reorder what Brisbane humidity does not kill. Mid-week shelves look different from Saturday morning—that is normal.
Running wall rotates between stable daily trainers and one faster model for race season. Gym rack is belts, wraps, and breathable tees—not novelty machines. Balls and court shoes sit near the back; ask if you do not see your size.
We stock common widths in store and can order others with a deposit. If a colourway is online-only overseas, we will tell you straight rather than take money for a six-week wait.
Fortitude Valley station is a seven-minute walk. Street parking is tight after 4 pm; early Saturday is easier if you are hauling a team bag.
Look for the grey awning and blue stripe on the door—halfway along Wickham, away from the nightclub strip. Bike hooks on the left of the entrance if you rode in from the river path.
This site is a window. Stock moves on the floor. If you need a size held, use the form. Wickham Street is loud; the shop is halfway along, grey awning, blue stripe on the door.
Hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–17:30, Sunday 10:00–15:00 AEST.
