Exchanges stay at the counter when tags are on and soles are clean. That is faster than repacking and waiting on a courier across state lines.

Common widths sit on the wall; odd sizes can be ordered with a deposit. If a model is only available overseas with a six-week wait, we say so before you hand over money.
Team orders without the chaos
One board for sizes and numbers, one printer queue shared by sensible clubs. Rush fees are listed up front; we decline jobs the printer cannot meet.
Pickup is always Wickham Street—no PO box freight, no “lost in transit” excuses the week before round one.

Hours are posted and kept: Mon–Sat 9:00–17:30, Sunday 10:00–15:00 AEST. Walk-ins welcome; appointments not required unless you are bringing a full squad for sizing.
No fake urgency
We do not run countdown timers on a static website. If a shoe is on the wall, it is for sale today. If it is not, we tell you when the next carton lands or we point you to a model that fits the same way.
